Carefree is a multi-award-winning UK charity that turns empty hotel rooms into priceless breaks for unpaid carers.

We know how challenging a caring role can be, so a few days away with a partner or a friend can work wonders. It may seem like a small thing, but it can make a huge difference.

Since the beginning of our partnership, 188 unpaid carers were gifted a break by Rookery Hall Hotel and Spa.

93% of carers stated that the break positively impacted their well-being, and 88% couldn't have taken a break without us!

Carefree has helped over 12,600 carers get a vital breakaway, and we thank Rookery Hall Hotel and Sp for being part of the amazing network of hospitality partners helping transform our shared social care future.
